Valencia Injury update

Heading to his game against Celta Vigo, Valencia has his injury list full of players. At this moment Banega and Piatti are confirmed to be out. But there are other 2 key players whose participation remains still in jeopardy: Fernando Gago and David Albelda.

Fernando Gago suffered a concusion when he was on international duty with Argentina, in the match against Peru. Fernando was carried away with a neck braze, and taken to a hospital facility in Lima where he has been undergoing different test. He has just been relesed and will flight back to Buenos Aires (Argentina) to go through more test to discard any kind of injury. Valencia's Head Doctor will also be there. If the tests goes right, he will be flying to Valencia on friday , soon enough to be ready for saturday's match. It will be the player and manager's decission to include him or not.

In the other hand, David Albelda sustained some injury during last training session. Therefor he will have to be out for at least two days. He will have to go under more test to discard a broken muscle, which would see him sitting out for at least a month.

Considering this two absences, Mauricio Pellegrino now faces a difficult situation, with his both starters possibly out.
