KBS-N의 방문으로 박주영이 빛났어요 - Park Chu-Young and Celta Training Report- september 20th

If it was not clear the rest of the week, today it was Park's provement that he is just one more within the team.

the training session had a very intensive physical part, something normal if you consider we are just two days away from their match against Getafe. Condition was crucial through last season, and this year is not going to be any different. Herrera plans to be on top fom for the crucial part of the season, so he is focusing during las weeks in this part of the training in order to get the team in shape as soon as possible.

During the first part of the training you could see how Park Chu-Young has become one more within the dressing room. He talks oftenly with team mates, both making as muc effort as they can to comunicate, and it was proben a right method. Park was joking with Insa, Oubina, Samuel and so on, and oftenly you could see him laughing. He looked in very good shape, as he was allways finishing first on his rounds.

박주영 : "I think I'm going to fit here perfectly".

박주영 would like for his relationship with Celta to go further than the end of this season He feels happy with the team and loves the city (specialy ham and seafood, he loves the supporters and how they recieved him, but most he likes the chance toplay in a team like Celta. "I am very happy to have joined Celta, I had the chance to play 20 minutes against Valencia and in the future I think I'll have the chance to score some goals". That's were Park's thoughts after his debut aganst Valencia.He admits there are not much story in the 20' he played, but he points the lack of time and not an adjustment problem his performance. "I can not say much about my first match, I just played 20', and I know I'll do better next time" stated Park.

Despite the loss, 박주영 and Celta still in good sprit.

The training started a little bit late, after Celta´s coach, Paco Herrera spent the first 30 minutes lecturing their players about the mistakes they made yesterday against Valencia. the bright part of that match is that, once again, Celta played with his style of play, and never lost his chances to earn something more than a loss.

Paco Herrera stated after the match that Celta's loss was because of childish mistakes, and that is something that he will have to work again during this week.

As usual, training after a match day consists in recovery sessions for starters, and soft session for reserves. The team started with a slow march, continued by somephysical work to get the body back in shape.

Today's training session was the most intensive one of the week. All the players, including those on international duty during the week were present at the last training of the week. 

The team will flight today to Valencia, and will face their rivals at Mestalla stadium at 6:30 pm.

Paco Herrera insisted today in counter attack. If yesterday it was all about defense, today was the total oposite. Two teams played separate, with Park attacking with the yellow top. The blue team was supposed to steal the ball and do counterattack, and they had success quite a few times. The yellow team played well on attack, and kept their goal nearly clear.

They repeted the movements for a while, until Paco Herrera decided to play with the same teams but in half the pitch, so the intensity would be even more.

Park was very focused during the plays, and was getting along very wellwith the rest of the team, even joking at the times. Even thought he has only trained twice with the team, his acoplation to the team and the ystem seems perfect.

He is travelling with the rest of the team to Valencia, and we will se if the coach decides to play him.

Celta's Coah on Park Chu-Young. "He will be with the team, but not as a starter".

After today's training session Paco Herrera, Celta's coach confirmed the media that Park Cgu-Young would be travelling to Valencia with the rest of the team. "Mi doubt is wether he will be sitting on the bench or out, so to clarify I confirm there are low chances he will be on the starting eleven".

Here I post today's training session. It was a very good training session, and Park was very happy, and seemed to get along with his teammates very well. He was training alongside strikers.
