I have been
pointing lately that Park has been going through some injury problems, and even
on Saturday’s game, he came out with two bandages on each leg, one in his
abductor and one for the knee. If there was any doubts if his physical
condition played a key factor on Herrera´s decision to, not only not start the
game, but to come out as the second replacement for the game, today all those
doubts were cleared as Park could not join his team mates on the recovery
training session.
Park had limited
his participation on the training session by Celta’s Doctor to prevent any more
damage. There is no further news apart from the medical report Celta released
today and that includes Park on the injury list pending on evolution of his
abductor to be able to re-join training with the reast of the team to prepare Saturday’s
derby game against Deportivo de la Coruna, Celta’s arch rivals, and a game that
will hold the attention of all the Celta fans.
As pointed
yesterday, it is necessary for Celta to have Park back in shape to be able to
exploit all his abilities, as his performances in Celta’s last two games has
been limited due to his injuries, even if this are minor injuries.

Other player who
came injured is Alex Lopez, with a concussion on his knee, who will not prevent
the Celta ace to be part of starting team against Deportivo if Herrera decides
so.
The rest of the
team performed a normal recovery session, with the reserves doing a round ball
passing game.
